PUNCH Metro accumulated that the casualties, who contained 15 grown-ups and 13 youngsters, were found after a neighbor gave the police a tip-off that a 17-year-old kid, Toba Adeyemi, who happened to be the suspect's child, was anchored in a room.
It was learnt that the police raged the house at around 12pm and discovered Toba, they additionally found 27 others in a comparable condition.
