Sex embarrassment: Reps board shifts hearing to July 20


The investigative board set up by the House of Representatives to test the claimed sex embarrassment including three individuals from the House on Thursday moved hearing on the matter to July 20.

The trio of Hon. Mohammed Garba Gololo (APC, Bauchi), Hon. Samuel Ikon (PDP, Akwa Ibom) and Hon. Mark Gbillah (APC, Benue), who were among 10 lawmakers welcomed by the United States Government to an initiative preparing customized in Cleveland, Ohio, were blamed for taking part in unlawful sexual exercises by the U.S Ambassador to Nigeria, Mr. James Entwistle.


Gbillah's significant other, Sophia, was seen at the hearing with a child on Thursday.

The U.S envoy, who was welcomed by the House individuals to affirm on the matter, was deliberately missing at the hearing.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama, who had allegedly connected with the U.S Ambassador on the issue, was additionally missing at the sitting.

The letter peruses:

" I lament that I would not have the capacity to go to the planned board of trustees hearing as it harmonizes with the 29th Ordinary Session of the Executive Council of the African Union which I will go to in Kigali, Rwanda from 13-15 July 2016.

"I would however be satisfied to show up before the Committee at whatever other time after my arrival from Kigali on nineteenth July 2016."
