
Dallas police utilized an unstable gadget connected to a robot to kill Micah Xavier Johnson, who was a suspect in the planned marksman assault that killed five officers on Thursday night/early Friday morning, in what specialists say is a first for U.S. law implementation.
In a public interview Police Chief David Brown clarified that after extended periods of attempting to arrange with the suspect, the robot was sent on the second floor of El Centro College in downtown Dallas early Friday morning.
"We cornered one think and we attempted to arrange for a few hours - transactions separated, we had a trade of gunfire with the suspect," he said. "We saw no other choice yet to utilize our bomb robot and spot a gadget on its augmentation for it to explode where the suspect was," he said. Cocoa clarified that "different alternatives" would have uncovered the cops to incredible peril.
