The picture above is Mr Gabriel who was yesterday sentenced to seven years in prison, He was found guilty of impersonation. He was arrested for pretending to be an officer of the EFCC.
He used his fake identity to obtain money from Dr. Precious Gbeneol, the former secretary, Health and Human Service Secretariat, Abuja under the disguise to assist her to close a supposed case brought against her.
The charge brought against him by the EFCC led Justice U.P Kekemeke of the Federal Capital Territory FCT High court , APO, Abuja found him guilty and setenced him to 7 years in Pison on count without option of fine.
The Judge also ordered him to refund the N880,000 he fraud his victim
