The Anthony general of the Federation And Minister of Justice Abubakar Malami, failed to appear before the senate committee on legal matters, Judiciary and Human Right today, were a public inquire into the case of alleged forgery of senate rule filled by Malami office charged against Senate President and his deputy along side with two others who were also held.
In the mean time the special adviser to the President Buhari on prosecution at the ministry of Justice, represented Malami and informed the committee's members that the AGF have traveed out of the country.
