The Assets Management Company of Nigeria (AMCON) has successfully taken over silverbird Galleria. AMCON gained order from a federal High Court in Lagos state to take over the companies owned by Senator Ben Murray-Bruce and his partners after they failed to pay a loan repayment owned to the banks.
