News of their split came after a source allegedly told DailyMail.com that Taylor Swift felt "uncomfortable" with Tom's yearning to be exceptionally open about their relationship. The source said Tom had requested that Taylor be his date to the Emmy Awards not long from now, however Taylor started addressing whether he was with her for 'the right reasons' and at last severed the association with him.
