Katy Perry Reveals the Most Annoying Thing About Dating Orlando Bloom

The 31-year-old pop star as of late opened up to Women's Wear Daily, where she appeared to clue that separation – between Los Angeles and Malibu – may very well be the thing to tear her and sweetheart Orlando Bloom separated.

"My sweetheart lives in Malibu and getting used to that [drive] was, as, 'Would you say you are joking me? What sort of life is this?'" Perry said. "There's no pop over."

As any Angeleno knows, the drive to the 'bu can run anywhere in the range of 30 minutes (in case you're fortunate) to well over a hour for those around the local area, and Perry simply isn't up for the penance.

"I never truly got used to Malibu 'cause it's most of the way to Santa Barbara, so I'm generally simply going to Santa Barbara then," she included of the place where she grew up. "I get the entire coming to L.A. what's more, living by the shoreline thing. In any case, it's truly… it's as such, no one [who lives in town] is going to come see you."

While the "Ascent" artist isn't up for the drive to Malibu, she's had no issue flaunting Santa Barbara to Bloom (or the a different way).

"Regardless I invest a great deal of energy there on the grounds that I grew up there. I experienced childhood in the poorest piece of Santa Barbara," she said. "Really my sweetheart didn't trust me and I resembled, 'I'm going to drive you by my home and you can Google Earth it.'"

"I make a ton of music there 'cause it's exclusive a hour and fifteen minutes from L.A. at the right times and the vitality level is so drastically diverse," she clarified.

In spite of the fact that Perry isn't energized by the shorelines of Malibu, she appears to have delighted in the shorelines of Italy.

The "Dull Horse" artist and her playmate couldn't keep their hands off each different as they skipped on the shoreline in Sardinia a month ago.
