Joachim Chinakwe, the man who named his dog Buhari, neglected to meet safeguard conditions after he was summoned under the steady gaze of a Magistrate Court in Ogun state.
Joachim who is a businessman, was said to have maintained good manners in a way that could bring about break of peace by naming his puppy Buhari and parading same at the Hausa segment of Ketere business sector in Sango territory.
