Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni envisioned making a telephone call by the roadside

Press secretary to Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni shared this photo of her supervisor taking a seat on a seat by the roadside making a telephone call. As per the press officer:

"In transit from Isingiro District yesterday, President Museveni halted at Kyeirumba Village to make a telephone call. Inquisitive inhabitants assembled to take a gander at the president, who following 30 minutes on telephone, quickly interfaced with them. They expressed gratitude toward the legislature for tarmacking the street connecting Uganda to Tanzania through Isingiro."
