Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mahmud Mohammed |
Aside from its capability to dishearten inflow of outside direct ventures, it would dissolve open trust in the court, urge resort to self improvement among the residents and eventually prompt a condition of insurgency, the Chief Justice cautioned.
He depicted the Nigerian legal as a foundation that was not flawless but rather on a voyage to a destination and endeavoring consistent endeavors to improve.
Equity Mohammed said this in Lagos on Thursday at an open address sorted out by a common society association, United Action for Change, which was assembled by a Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Dr. Muiz Banire.
The address with the topic, "Access to quality equity in Nigeria," was led by an ex-Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and other related offenses Commission, Justice Emmanuel Ayoola (retd.).
