Lieutenant Musa Mustapha Bature has been dismissed by the Nigeria Army court-martial for having sex with his colleague's wife. Knowing him for his notorious sex life, the 38 years old Lieutenant who hailed from Kebbi state allegedly took advantage of his collegue's wife who came to him for consultation.
while in his office, he sexually harassed the woman who was newly married and took advantage on her. The doctor invited her to his house in the evening that same day to collect ointment and then have sex with her again.
out of her guilt, the woman reported the issue to the barrack captain who then forward her case to his superiors. At the Army court-martial on Wednesday 29th June 2016, Lieutenant Bature pleaded guilty on a 2 count charge of illicit sexual relationship and unprofessional conduct.
having pleaded guilty, Bature confessed to the crime at the court marshal. One of the punishment prescribed for such offenses includes jail terms ans explosion from service with a dishonor.
