
Jerusalem (AFP) - Israel reported Monday it had prohibited a Palestinian gathering it says went about as a front for Iran-coordinated aggressor exercises focusing on Israelis and the administration of Palestinian president Mahmud Abbas.
Safeguard Minister Avigdor Lieberman marked the request banning Al-Hirak Al-Shababi ("the adolescent development") at the proposal of the Shin Bet inner security organization, a service explanation read.
The choice took after "huge data demonstrating that the gathering is guided by Hezbollah and Iran to complete assaults against Israelis, and touch off an influx of viciousness in the West Bank and east Jerusalem at Israel and the Palestinian Authority," it read.

The guard service named them as Munir Asli, living in Lebanon, and Hilmi Balbisi, living in Jordan. It said they are "coordinated and subsidized by Hezbollah and Iran", which have both exchanged "countless shekels" in the course of recent years to support the gathering's exercises.
