The Lagos State Police Command thwarted a hijack endeavor on a group of five a weekend ago. Nine shooters arrived the Ijon people group in Ayobo Ipaja in a pace vessel and raged the home of one Oluseun Oguyemi, and endeavored to hijack the man, his significant other and three kids.
As per Daily Trust, the grab endeavor was thwarted by the police and the suspects therefore captured.
The state Commissioner of Police, Mr. Fatai Owoseni, who went to the group on Monday, July 3, said the police drew in the ruffians in a weapon fight and saved the spouse and kids after the husband got away.
"The hijackers arrived in a watercraft however as they were getting away with their casualties the police connected with them in a weapon duel for near four hours and the criminals were quelled by the police," Owoseni said.
