'Fayose not free of the alleged N1.3bn poultry Funds

The APC members in Ekiti State has expressed cases by Governor Ayodele Fayose that he had been released and cleared by the Federal High Court in the claimed N1.3bn poultry venture.

The EFCC documented the extortion argument against the representative in 2005.

The state Publicity Secretary, Taiwo Olatunbosun, said in an announcement on Thursday that the senator had been deluding general society for long about the status of the case as yet pending in the Federal High Court, Ado Ekiti.


As per him, the matter was just exchanged from Lagos to the Ado Ekiti division of the court for purview.

He tested the senator to give the court's enlistment request releasing him on the poultry venture case to persuade people in general.

Olatunbosun said the gathering's response to the senator's case got to be important to attract open thoughtfulness regarding the genuine position of the matter.

"It is lamentable that Fayose has made untruths and lie a noteworthy board of the state approach of his legislature.

"The case was last heard by Mr Justice Adamu Hobon of the Federal High Court, Ado-Ekiti, where EFCC gave a pass up blow indisputable confirmation of how Fayose utilized Biological Concepts Limited possessed by his companion, Gbenga James, to swindle Ekiti State of N1.3bn to manufacture houses and buy an auto for his mom.

"After that sitting, what Fayose did was to approach the Supreme Court for an interlocutory directive to baffle the trial. This is not the same thing as being released and absolved over a matter that judgment is yet to be given," he clarified.

Olatunbosun said that the matter had achieved the phase of trade of locations to be trailed by judgment in the blink of an eye before Fayose developed as the Governor choose in June 2014.
