EFCC Seals Off Fuel Station Purportedly Belonging to Fayose

As a component of its continuous indictment of the war against debasement, the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) was on Wednesday said to have fixed off a fuel station purportedly having a place with the Governor of Ekiti, Ayodele Fayose.

The filling station, recognized as 'Chance Oil' which is situated at Lambe, Akute region of Ogun State, was said to have been fixed off by agents of the commission for reasons yet obscure.

This would not be the first run through the senator will have a brush with the commission, particularly in regards to the fixing off of his indicated properties and solidifying his Zenith Bank account.

Not long ago, the commission had seized four duplexes on Victoria Island in Lagos State and one situated at 44 Osun Crescent, Maitama, Abuja, purportedly having a place with the representative.

While responding to the episode, Fayose excoriated the commission for continually having things in the wrong order, including that the commission ought to have satisfactorily confirmed it's Information before acting.

Fayose, who talked through his Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media, Lere Olayinka‎, said the EFCC is acting in inconceivable way by not satisfactorily checking it's data before pursuing his manager.

He said, "It is silly ‎to say such thing in regards to a man that has been representative for a long time. How might you say Governor Fayose has a filling station at Akute?

"On the off chance that he would have had a filling ‎station, he would have had it along Lagos – Ibadan express street, at Lekki and other high temples ranges and not Akute. Does he even have any connection with Akute?

"Representative Fayose would rather‎ have something like NNPC uber station, which would have like no less than 20 pumps. He has been a fruitful agent before getting to be senator.

"When I hear some of these things, I simply say are they truly brainy.‎ Last week, since Governor Fayose utilized a visitor house, Brilla Bicaso, Gana Street, Abuja, they needed to bolt the spot."
