The trial of the Senate President, Dr Bukola Saraki, and his delegate, Ike Ekweremadu and two others for asserted fraud of Senate Standing Rules has been dismissed to September 28.
The court started its yearly excursion this Monday. The trial will now continue in September when the court resumes from excursion.
The denounced persons were at that point in court for their trial when they were informed that the court has started its excursion.
Saraki, Ekwerenmadu and the quick past Clerk of the National Assembly, Alhaji Salisu Abubakar Maikasuwa and the acting Clerk, Mr. Benedict Efeturi were accused of fashioning Senate Standing Rules.
