The Senate on Tuesday gave Attorney General of the Federation the last chance to show up before it over asserted fabrication of 2015 Standing Orders.
The AGF, Mr Abubakar Malami, is relied upon to show up before individuals from the Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters.
The summon took after a movement by the Chairman of the board of trustees, Sen. David Umaru, at entire.
The Red Chamber, on June 21 welcomed Malami to come and give explanation behind reviving asserted fraud body of evidence against its important officers after it was struck out by the court.
Displaying the movement, Umaru said that the Justice Minister neglected to show up before the board of trustees on two events regardless of being sent formal letters.

In his comments, President of the Senate, Dr Bukola Saraki, said that the senate would give the AGF a last chance to reply to his asserted part in the phony case.
Saraki added that inability to respect the welcome would compel the senate to summon established procurements on such issues.
"We have all heard him. It gives the idea that he is asking for additional time and I believe that we ought to do that else we will take after the Constitution entirely.''
