Gov Okezie of Abia State files at court of Appeal after he was scaked.

The Governor of Abia State, Dr Okezie Ikpeazu, filed a notice of appeal and application this morning for the staying of execution at the court of Apeal in Abuja against the ruling of justice Okan Abang of the federal high court.
Justice Abang yesterday have yesterday sacked Ikpeazu from his office after his main contender during the state's people democratic party's primary election held in 2014. Uche Ogah, proved to the court that Ikpeazu presented tax fake clearance receipt during the gubernatorial primaries.
