Army Troops intercept escaping Families of Boko Haram Terrorists in Borno State

Troops of 81 battalion and 251 task Force Battalion deployed various section including an observation post sighted a group of people coming towards their check point from a far distance, the check point which was mouth at liwanti village along Damboa-Bulabulin road, Borno State.
on approaching their location,  they were well received due to the laws of engagements and International Humanitarian law. After interrogation, the troops discovered that they were the family members of the dreaded Boko-Haram Terrorist who were escaping from the well known sambisa forest. out of the 69 of them, 7 of them were men, while of 18 of them were women, 7 grown up boy and the other 37 were children. As at the first stage of interrogation, they first claimed claimed to survivors and escapees of Boko-haram captivity  at Ngwalimari village in Sambisa forest general area, but further investigation carried out by the troops later revealed the truth. the troops later recovered 5 dan guns, 15 bicycles and other personal things from them and further proper investigation is on going by the troops to collect proper and important information from them this whole incident happened at an early hours of today.
